Measure use before choosing features
Estimate daily cups and when people use the brewer. A compact system may be sufficient for a small team, while a busier staff room may need more capacity. Ask for a demonstration of routine cleaning and filling tasks. A larger menu only helps if your workplace can support the equipment consistently.
Include supplies and upkeep
A coffee program should explain the equipment, beans or pods, cups, filters, and other supplies included in the quote. Confirm who performs daily cleaning, how maintenance is arranged, and how stock is replenished. Water service can be quoted alongside coffee, but billing and installation responsibilities should remain clear. Review actual use after launch and adjust the setup if attendance changes.
Prepare for an assessment
Bring your site address, daily attendance, shift schedule, available space, and delivery restrictions. Confirm product pricing, support contacts, stocking, and responsibilities before approving installation. Revisit the plan after the first month to identify products that sell out, items that remain untouched, and any access or payment issues.
For a more detailed checklist, read our Lakeland business guide to vending and micro markets. Then request a quote with your location and preferred services. No-cost vending placement depends on location approval; products and optional coffee or water programs may have separate charges.
